Cannoli Cake

Bahan-bahan

1 box yellow cake mix, prepared as directed

2 lbs ricotta cheese

4 eggs

1 t vanilla

1 c sugar

Arahan

Prepare yellow cake as directed and spread in 11x13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Drop/spread ricotta mixture on cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.

Nota

consider flavoring with tiramisu ingredients

2 T orange liqueur

2 T Masala

and substituting some of ricotta with Mascarpone
