Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

These moist and fluffy banana muffins are loaded with chocolate chips and they’re so easy to make! 🍌🍫

Banana Chocolate chip Muffin Recipe:-

5-7 muffins

125g (1 cup)All Purpose Flour

110g (1/2cup) Light Brown sugar

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2tsp Baking Soda

1/4tsp salt

1/4tsp Cinnamon powder

120g (1/2cup) Unsweetened Plain Yogurt (almond yogurt or any plain yogurt of your choice)

1 Ripe Banana (mashed)

60ml (1/4cup) Oil (vegetable oil or any flavorless oil)

40g Chocolate Chips

Crumble Topping:

35g (2 tablespoons ) Butter (Melted, I have used vegan butter stick)

75g ( 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) All Purpose Flour

55g (1/3cup) Light Brown Sugar / Cane sugar / Castor sugar

1/4tsp Salt

Arahan

For the crumble, Melt butter in a bowl.

Add brown sugar, flour and salt. Mix until it is crumbly.

Chill in the fridge or freezer until ready to use.

You can store unbaked crumble topping in the freezer for up to one month.

For Muffin batter, Combine yogurt, mashed banana, oil, and light brown sugar in one bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved.

Mix dry ingredients into liquid ingredients, mix until fully combined with a whisk.

Last fold in the chocolate chips. -Rest the muffin batter for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Line a muffin tray with muffin liners, fill each liner with muffin batter until it is 3/4 full & sprinkle thick layer of crumble on top of each muffin.

Bake at 370F for 15-17 min approximately. Let them cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
