Gluten-Free Banana Muffins

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup butter (I substitute half of the butter with 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce)

2 eggs

Splash vanilla

3/4 cup brown sugar

1.5 cups flour

1tsp baking powder

Half tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg if you have it

Chopped walnuts

Arahan

Add the following to a bowl to combine:

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup butter (I substitute half of the butter with 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce)

2 eggs

Splash vanilla

3/4 cup brown sugar

Mix it all up.

Add the following to your mixed ingredients and mix:

1 & 1/2 cups flour

1tsp baking powder

Half tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg if you have it

Chopped walnuts

Place two scoops into the greased muffin tins and bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

For bread, pour into one bread pan and cook for 30-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
