Pizza Dough Ready in Under 30 Minutes

My most viral recipe Ive ever shared has actually never been sold at the Farmstand, and it’s because I’m not allowed.

Not because it wouldn’t sell well. 😆

Every time I share this easy, no knead, 30 minute pizza dough recipe it goes crazy viral! Because no one believes you can have a good pizza crust that quick.

You can also make it ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Allow to sit on the counter for an hour or two to warm and rise then you can bake!

Here’s how it’s made:

1 c warm water

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp yeast

3 c all purpose flour

2 tsp salt

Arahan

In a large bowl mix warm water, honey, oil, and yeast. Whisk and allow to stand about 5 minutes til foamy. Then add in flour and salt (be sure when adding flour it’s not packed in the measuring cup but light and fluffy.)

Mix until ingredients combine. Allow to rise 10-20 minutes or put in fridge to use in a few days. I always bake my crust at 450, the hotter the better.

Add your favorite toppings and your Friday night pizza night just got a whole lot better. Enjoy! 😉
