gatlic powder

bread crumbs (italian)

mix by hand in bowl

put parmesean cheese in too

too dry: Add more breadcrumbs?

Arahan

measure out 2 oz balls on scale

frying pan with hot oil, brown them so they dont lose shape

after browned you can throw in sauce

let simmer for half hour
