Strawberry/Raspberry Pie

CRUST
1-1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
FILLING
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Small package raspberries or strawberry jello
1 qt. fresh berries
Whipped topping for serving

Crust: in a pie plate, mix flour, milk, salt, 2 Tbsp sugar, and oil. Mix and pat out. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling: Combine 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch in a small saucepan, then add 1-1/2 c. water. Bring to a boil, then add jello. Stir. Let cool 10 minutes, then pour over 1 quart of fresh berries you have put in the cooled pie crust.
Chill and add whipped topping when serving.
Nota
This pie crust is very easy to make. Consider it for other pies when you are in a hurry.
