Easy sweet Dough (cinnamon Roll Dough)

2 C Flour
1/2 C Sugar
2t Salt
2 pkg dry yeast
2 1/4 C milk
1/3 Cup butter
1 egg
4-5 C Flour
Cinnamon and brown sugar for filling, just sprinkle before rolling.
Icing:
Powered sugar, milk and maple flavoring.
Arahan
Combined 2 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large mixing bowl. Heat milk and butter over low heat until very warm (120-130*). Butter does not need to melt completely. Add egg and warm liquid to flour mix. Beat hall a min on low speed, 3 min at med speed. By hand, gradually stir in and other 4-5 cups of flour to for soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about a min. Place dough in greased bowl; turn to grease all sides. Cover dough; let rise in warm place, on the stove until light and doubled in size (45-60) min. Punch down dough. Place in to rolls. (Or make I to cinnamon rolls) sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar, roll and cut into cinnamon rolls, place in a greased pan and cover, let rise 30-45 min Bake at 400 for 12-15 min. Let cool and frost.
