Avocado & Egg Toast (Protein + Healthy Fats)

1 slice whole grain or sourdough bread

1/2 avocado

1-2 eggs (poached, boiled, scrambled)

Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes / chilli flakes (opt)

A squeeze of lemon

Arahan

  1. Toast the bread

  2. Mash avocado, season with salt, pepper, lemon

  3. Cook eggs as desired

  4. Spread avocado on toast, top with egg(s), sprinkle seasonings

Nota

Variation / lighter version: skip egg or use half egg, add tomato or spinach on top
