Fast 'N Fancy Chicken (Aunt Ann's)

Bahan-bahan

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

6 slices swiss cheese

1 x 14 oz. Can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (1-1/2 cans of 10 oz. Can)

4 oz. Can of mushrooms (opt.)

½ c. white wine (or chicken broth)

6 Tbsp. Butter

1 x 10 oz. Package of herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge farms) or Spartan cornbread stuffing mix is very good

Arahan

Butter bottom of casserole.

Put in chicken, top each with a slice of cheese ( then add mushrooms ).

Melt butter & mix with herb mix and sprinkle over top.

Mix soup with wine and pour over top.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Be prepared to give this recipe out after serving it.
