12 oz cauliflower, steamed

1 cup cottage cheese (i used low fat)

4 oz parmigiano reggiano

2 tsp chopped garlic (i used jarred)

2 tsp salt

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup milk (or more if consistency is too thick)

1 box protein pasta of choice (i love @eatbanza)

Arahan

steam cauliflower & make pasta according to package instructions

combine cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic, seasonings & herbs, and milk

once cauliflower has cooled a bit (isn’t piping hot) add it to your sauce and blend

once smooth and all incorporated, pour over cooked pasta
