4 Chicken Breast

1 Jar of Salsa

1 Taco Seasoning Packet

1 Drained can of Black Beans

1 Drained can of Corn

1 Chopped Onion

A Splash of Chicken Stock (I shake it in the empty salsa jar to get the remnants)

Dump in crockpot for 4 hours on high.

Rice is chopped cilantro and one squeezed lime mixed in the rice after it’s done cooking.

Top with Greek Yogurt as a sour cream alternative.
