1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce | 1茶匙 老抽

1 tbsp Oyster Sauce | 1汤匙 蚝油

1 tsp Sesame Oil | 1茶匙 麻油

1/2 tsp White pepper | 1/2茶匙 白胡椒粉

1 tbsp Oil | 1汤匙 食油

Others: | 其他:

200 g Fresh egg noodles | 200克 鸡蛋面

4-6 slices Chicken char siu | 4-6片 鸡叉烧

2 Fish balls | 2粒 鱼丸

2 stalks Blanched Bok Choy | 2棵 小白菜

Sauce: | 酱汁:

1 tbsp Soy Sauce | 1汤匙 生抽

1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce | 1/2汤匙 蚝油

1 tbsp Fried shallot oil | 1汤匙 炸葱油

Topping: | 配料:

2 tbsp Chopped spring onions | 2汤匙 葱花

2 tbsp Fried shallots | 2汤匙 炸葱酥
