Hot Honey Chicken

Chicken:
• 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
• 3 chicken breasts, sliced in half to make 6 cutlets
• Salt and pepper
Egg Bath:
• 2 eggs
• 1 T hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
• 1 t milk
Breadcrumbs:
• 1 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
• 2 cup parmesan cheese
Hot Honey:
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup hot sauce
Arahan
1. Beat egg bath ingredients together and set aside. Mix breadcrumbs ingredients together and set aside. Bring hot honey ingredients to a simmer for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
2. Season your chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides. Dip your chicken into your egg bath then into your breadcrumb mixture, shaking off any excess breadcrumbs.
3. Add your oil to a large frying pan and set to medium/high heat.
4. Add your chicken, frying on each side for 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from pan and add to a baking rack to cool slightly before adding your hot honey.
