Redic Healthy & Yum Sunday Crepes
Serves 1 (2 crepes)

2 eggs
1 large ripe banana
2-3 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tbsp honey (or Bianca’s legit healthy yogo)
1 tsp butter
Salt to taste
Arahan
1. Smash the banana in a medium bowl
2. Whisk the eggs in, making it a fluffy crepe batter
3. Add salt to taste
4. Heat butter in a fry pan on medium heat
5. Pour half the batter in the pan to make the first crepe. Cook until the underside starts to brown and edges start to become slightly crunchy. Flip and do the other side. (If you can’t flip without breaking the pancake it’s not yet cooked enough)
6. Set aside the crepe and pour the other half of mixture in and cook the same
7. Once both crepes are cooked spread a straight line of yoghurt down one side of each crepe, followed by a line of honey (or Bianca’s legit healthy yogo)
8. Roll the crepe from the end with the yoghurt, and serve.
Omg yummmmmm! This is the best!
