1 pack of thinly sliced beef

3-4 frozen udon packs

1 yellow onion

1 pack shimeji mushrooms

4-5 garlic cloves

2 stalks green onion

2 curry cubes

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp mirin

Salt and pepper to taste
