Baked Custard (Mom's recipe)

Bahan-bahan

1 c. milk

1 egg

2 Tbsp. Sugar

pinch of nutmeg

salt

vanilla

Arahan

Mix all together and pour in baking dish. Place dish in another bigger pan filled with hot water, so that the pudding is sitting in a bath of hot water.

Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.

Nota

A handy recipe to have if you just happen to have chickens in your barn cranking out eggs.
