French Onion Soup Porkchops

Pork Chops (4-5)
2 Large Onions sliced
Diced garlic 2-4 cloves
Balsamic Vinegar
Beef Broth
5-6 Provolone Cheese slices
Dijon Mustard
Butter (~4Tbsp, maybe more)
Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel, then pour a drizzle of olive oil on them and season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter (~2Tbsp) in your pan and cook pork chops for a few minutes on each side to make them golden brown, temp should get to 160 degrees. Set aside in your 9x9 cooking dish.
Melt the remaining butter and throw the onions into your pan, cook until starting to carmelize, mix in your garlic.
When onions are caramelized throw in ~2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar, and pour in enough beef broth to cover the onions and simmer.
When the mix is simmering, add in ~2 Tbsp dijon mustard. Then once mixed in pour over pork chops in baking dish.
Layer your provolone cheese over top of your dish to cover the mixture.
Put in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
