1 jalapeno

Combine with

3 T garlic

1 C. white wine vinegar

¾ C. lime juice (limon verde)

1/2 C. grapefruit juice

¼ C. orange juice

2 T dry oregano

6 sprigs fresh oregano

marinade for one pork

butt

1 T fresh black pepper

1 onion diced

cut a deep criss-
