Cupcake batter

Strawberries

Sandwich cookies (Oreos etc)

Cupcake frosting (add melted ice cream)

Arahan

Place cupcake papers in cupcake pans. Drop a cookie in each paper. Slice tops off of strawberries. Place cut side down on top of cookie. Pipe batter around strawberry. Bake. Frost. Dip tops in something such as crushed cookies, freeze dried strawberries, crushed nuts, etc.
