Ingredients (makes 12 balls):

1 cup chickpeas, cooked

½ cup cottage cheese

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp oat flour

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper

Step 1 – Blend the Base

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cottage cheese, garlic, flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until a thick dough forms (don’t over-blend; keep some texture).

Step 2 – Shape

Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into balls.

Step 3 – Cook

Air Fryer: Spray lightly with oil, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.

Oven: Bake on a lined tray at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.

Step 4 – Serve

Enjoy warm with tahini sauce, yogurt dip, or tucked into pita with veggies!
