Honey BBQ Chicken Bites

200 g diced chicken breast

20 g Korean bbq seasoning

1 large egg beaten

5g hot sauce

1-2 cups crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs

Honey BBQ Glaze

125 g bbq sauce

7g butter

85g honey

10g water

Arahan

Season the chicken with the bbq seasoning.

Dip into egg wash then coat with cornflakes.

Spray both sides of the chicken with cooking oil then air fry at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

In a pan melt the butter then add all other ingredients for the glaze cooking until slightly thickened.

Toss the chicken in the glaze and serve immediately.
