Easy Crockpot Chicken Dumplings (Nicci's recipe)

Frozen chicken breasts (Meijers are the best!)
Chicken bouillon
garlic powder
lemon pepper
thyme

I like to add frozen green peas or peas & carrots); your imagination is your guide
DUMPLINGS
1-1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
salt & pepper to taste
½ c. milk
4 Tbsp. Oil
opt: cheese and/or herbs
Arahan
Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot (starting between 9 & 11 am will get you where you want to go, but you can always try earlier, too). Cover with water and add the rest of ingredients. Cook all day. One hour before dinner, mix dumplings (or mix before you leave in the morning, except for wet ingredients).
Dumplings:
Drop dumplings by spoonfuls into crockpot, cover for ½ hour. Don't peek! If this ends up being too watery for you, you can always add a little flour or cornstarch or tapioca at the beginning of day.
