Frozen Pre-made Khinkali

Bring water to a boil
Use a large pot with plenty of water (like pasta).
Add salt (about 1–2 teaspoons).
Do NOT thaw the khinkali
Cook them straight from frozen to keep their shape and juices inside.
Add khinkali carefully
Gently lower them into the boiling water one by one.
Stir very lightly so they don’t stick to the bottom.
Cook time
Once they float to the top, cook for:
5–7 more minutes (medium size)
Up to 8–10 minutes if large
Stir occasionally
Very gently, to prevent sticking but avoid tearing them.
Remove carefully
Use a slotted spoon (not a colander) to avoid breaking them.
