Hot Honey Parmesan Chicken Wraps with Sweet Jalapeño Crunch

For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders or breasts (sliced)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-frying or air frying)
For the Hot Honey Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Pinch of chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Wrap Components:
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch or garlic aioli
1/4 cup sweet pickled jalapeños (chopped or sliced)
Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 15–30 minutes in the fridge.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (or air fry at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway).
In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes over low heat until warmed. Drizzle or toss chicken with hot honey sauce.
Warm tortillas slightly, then layer with lettuce, shredded cheese, hot honey Parmesan chicken, sweet jalapeños, and a drizzle of ranch or garlic aioli.
Wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve hot or warm.
