One of my favorite salads quick, easy, and packed with flavor! 🥗✨ This Asian-style cucumber salad is crunchy, refreshing, and has the perfect balance of spice, tang, and nuttiness. Try it and let me know how you like it! 😍

English cucumber – 2, thinly sliced

Roasted peanuts – crushed

Toasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped

Chili flakes – ½ tsp

Salt – as per taste

Olive oil – 1 tbsp (for tempering) Or 🥄 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp (for authentic flavor)

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Honey – 1 tsp

Slice cucumbers and place them in a bowl.

Arahan

Add crushed roasted peanuts and toasted sesame seeds.

Prepare tempering: In a small bowl, add chopped garlic, chili flakes, and salt.

Heat olive oil and pour it over the garlic mixture.

Mix in lemon juice and honey.

Drizzle the dressing over the cucumber and mix well.
