Sweet & Spicy Korean Beef Noodles

Slow Cooker Beef:

2lbs 96% beef

3 tablespoons gochujang

3 tablesooons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sugar free ketchup

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Black pepper and salt to taste

Green onion whites (save greens for garnish)

Spicy Sauce:

60g light mayo

40g gochujang

20g sriracha

10g yuzu ponzu

10g sesame oil

Noodles:

5 packets Momofuku Sweet & Spicy noodles*

or use any noodles of choice, 425g of noodles total. Add ~3 tablespoons of any Korean BBQ marinade to replace sauce packets

1 cup of water

60g honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Pinch of salt

Arahan

1. Put Slow Cooker Beef Ingredients in Slow Cooker on Low Heat for 4 Hours.

2. Make Spicy Sauce.

3. Cook the noodles then cover for 10-15 minutes to finish off the noodles, separate into 7 equal servings.

Store frozen for best results, microwave 3-4 minutes to reheat (add a tablespoon of water so it is saucy on the reheat)
