1 ENVELOPE ONION SOUP MIX
14.5 OZ CAN CHICKEN BROTH
1 C WATER
Arahan
1. COMBINE FLOUR, GARLIC, SALT, AND PEPPER INTO A BOWL.
2. IN LARGE SKILLET HEAT BUTTER AND OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. BROWN PORK TURNING FREQUENTLY AND DRAIN FAT.
3. SPRINKLE PORK WITH ONION SOUP MIX, ADD CHICKEN BROTH AND WATER.
4. REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR OR UNTIL TENDER.
5. REMOVE PORK FROM PAN.
6. THICKEN PAN JUICES: HEAT • DRIPPINGS TO MEDIUM/HIGH HEAT. WHEN DRIPPINGS BEGIN TO STEAM ADD FLOUR, 1 TBSP AT A TIME, WHISKING UNTIL INTEGRATED AND DESIRED CONSISTENCY. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AS NEEDED.
7. SERVE OVER MASHED POTATOES.
