Ginger/garlic paste
Onions
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp dhania powder
1/4 tsp zeera powder
1/2 tsp haldi
Pinch of garam masala
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Cilantro to garnish
Arahan
Heat oil in a pot until piping hot
Fry bhindi for some time and set aside
Lower heat to medium
Put a little more oil in the pot and ginger-garlic paste and diced onions
Fry until almond brown
Add chilli powder, zeera, dhania, haldi, garam masala and stir
Add the tomatoes, salt and vinegar
Cook for 20 minutes
Sprinkle with coriander and serve
