High-protein Pb&j Rice Krispies

You’ll need:

3 cups organic rice crisps

3/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 peanut butter @feelingperdi powders or 1/2 cup protein powder

1 jar @eatsmashfoods grape jam

How to make it:

Arahan

Mix rice crisps, peanut butter, maple syrup, and Perdi’s powder

Press half the mixture into a container and flatten

Add a thick layer of grape Smash Foods jam

Top with the remaining rice krispy mixture and press down

Freeze for 1 hour

Cut into squares, finish with flaky salt, and enjoy 🤌
