Baked Brie Pumpkin with Bacon Onion Jam

Lay out a sheet of thawed puff pastry and put a layer of bacon jam in the center. Top with your Brie and fold the puff pastry around. Take butchers twine and cross 4 (as seen in video) and tie them. Coat in egg wash. Bake in the oven at 400 for 20 mins (or until golden)
