Shepherds Pie

Bahan-bahan

Olive oil

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 large sweet onion

2 T Butter

2 T Flour

2 c chicken broth

Frozen peas and carrots

2 t Poultry seasoning

Mashed potatoes

Arahan

Preheat oven to 350.

Brown ground turkey and onion in oil in large pan.

Add butter.

Sprinkle flour and top and stir.

Add broth.

Simmer until starting to thicken.

Add vegetables.

Spoon into large casserole dish.

Cover with mashed potatoes.

Bake 30 minutes.
