Combine 2 cups diced pineapple with, 1 cup of yogurt and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut

Scoop out 1/2 cup sections on a baking tray and freeze until hardened

Melt 2 cups of white chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until smooth and dip frozen clusters to coat - garnishing with more shredded coconut.
