Turkey Stuffing

Bahan-bahan

1 stick butter

1 large sweet onion, chopped

6 stalks celery, chopped

1 lb turkey sausage, browned

2 bags seasoned stuffing cubes

2 apples, peeled, cored, chopped

1 c pecans, coarsely chopped

2 c turkey broth

1 egg, beaten (optional)

Arahan

Sauté onions and celery until soft. Set aside.

Brown sausage.

Combine all ingredients.

Bake in casserole dish, loosely covered, 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 325 to 350.

Nota

Time and temperature flexible. Adjust to other items in oven.
