Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad

1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (use less for less spicy)
4 packed cups shredded chicken (1 pound)
1/2 packed cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
