This serves my 2 primary school kids as part of their breakfast. A bigger kid might eat all this on their own 😊

School Morning Oat Pancakes makes 12 small

So good and healthy!!

1 cup oats, 100g

1 ripe banana or 1 apple

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

2-4 tablespoons milk

Just all add to a powerful blender.

Blend until smooth and cook. For more detail see the reel.

Mines a Ninja Nutri Blender - highly recommend it!

You could use a food processor or a hand blender too 😊
