Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

2 lbs ground chicken
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
For the herbed crust, mix some extra breadcrumbs with parsley and basil, and sprinkle over the meatloaf.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
For a creamy finish, top with additional Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes until melted and bubbly.
