French Onion Pork Chops

4 Thick Cut Pork Chops
S&P
Garlic Powder
Dried Thyme
2 Onions
3T Butter
1T Oil
1T Worcestershire
1/2t Red Pepper Flakes
1C Beef Stock
2T water, 1T Flour mixture
Fresh Mozzarella

Tenderize the pork with a fork.
Season well with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Let rest while the onions cooking.
For the onions add the oil and butter in a pan. Add the onions, S&P, Worcestershire, and red pepper flakes. Cook on medium low until golden brown and remove.
In the same pan, sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side and remove.
Add the broth and mix in the flour mixture.
Add back the onions and pork.
Top with sauce and then fresh mozzarella.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes for the pork to finish cooking.
Remove and eat!
