Brother Jerome’s Rice Pudding

1 pint of water

1 cup river rice

2cups sugar

1tsp vanilla

1/2 tbsp salt

1 cinnamon stick

Cook all ingredients 45 minutes or so.

Add 2 eggs to a bowl then beat and temper into the mix
