2 persian cucumbers, diced
1 cup grape tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
3 radishes, sliced
1/4 red onion, diced
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
