Chocolate Meringues (Notebook Version)

300g egg whites

600g sugar

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

45g cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 250F.

Mix eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved and warm.

Beat on medium high until cool. Mix in cocoa.

Lower temp to 200F and back for 60-90 minutes.
