Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

1 lb ground beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8–10 dinner rolls (or small brioche rolls)
3 tbsp butter melted
2 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
Cut a small well in the center of each roll (don’t cut all the way through).
Stuff each roll with cooked beef and a generous pinch of shredded cheddar.
Place stuffed rolls on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush generously over the tops.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Bake 12–15 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
