Creamy Ravioli Soup

8oz Italian sausage
8oz ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
30oz crushed tomatoes
6 cups beef broth
1 tbsp dried oregano
20oz cheese ravioli
Handful of fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of heavy cream
Mozerella cheese to top)
How to:
Cook sausage and beef until brown in a large pot. Take off the heat. In the same pan add olive oil and diced onion. Cook until onion is translucent (about 5 minutes) add garlic and crushed tomatoes and mix. Add in beef broth and oregano. Bring to a boil and add cheese ravioli. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Then add in spinach and heave cream and meat back into the pot. Cook an addition 5 minutes and serve with Mozerella cheese on top!
