I always have a little jar of these quick pickled onions in my fridge! Perfect for adding a bit of sharpness to your sandwich, salad or even tacos. Make yourself some and I promise you’ll end up eating them allll the time 😍

All you need is:

1 red onion

Apple cider vinegar

Sterilised jar to store

Slice your red onion and add to your jar, cover with apple cider vinegar and leave to sit in a slightly warm place for a few hours until pink. Load onto your food and enjoy! 💛

They’ll keep for about 2 weeks in a sealed jar in the fridge ✨
