General Tso’s Tofu

Cook 1-2 cups of rice depending on amount wanted. Start rice cooking before you begin anything else.

Preheat oven to temperature to 300-350. You want to dry the tofu out, so if you have a lot of time, 300, not as much time, 350.

Slice tofu length wise and pay dry with cloth. Place onto baking sheet w/rack and cook until you are out of time.

Take out, slice into bite sized pieces and cook on the stove top with soy sauce and oil to crisp it up.

Slice broccoli into bite sized pieces and steam until done.

Put all together and enjoy
