Red pepper (1 part)

Onion (1 part)

Garlic

Cream

Tomato paste

Chilli flakes

Paprika

Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 180.

  2. Place onion, pepper & garlic on a tray. Pour oil on them

  3. Once charred, peel the skin off the peppers.

  4. Place onions, garlic & peppers in a pot to simmer

  5. Once the flavours have intensified, add tomato paste.

  6. Sauté until tomato taste is less harsh.

  7. Pour cream & allow to simmer.

  8. Use a stick blender to create a consistent sauce (add a little butter)

  9. Put back on stove until desired consistency is achieved.

If you want it haraam

  1. Dice chorizo into chunks

  2. Put in cold pan & cook until crispy.

  3. Take out chorizo pieces but keep oil

  4. Sauté oven roasted ingredients in chorizo oil
