In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil plus the frozen bulgogi. Cover and cook for 11 min, stirring every few minutes. While that’s cooking, make your sriracha/mayo dressing by mixing together 2 tablespoons of mayo with 1 tablespoon of sriracha, and a squeeze of lime and adjust to taste. Heat your tortillas, then build your taco by adding beef, shredded cabbage and carrots, drizzle with the sriracha mayo, top with cilantro and enjoy!
