1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1/2 tsp onion powder 🧅

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika 🌶️

2 teaspoon olive oil 🫒

Bang bang Sauce:

1/2 cup kewpie mayo (or light mayo)

2 tbsp soy sauce 🍶

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp sriracha 🌶️

2 garlic cloves minced (optional) 🧄

Cilantro lime rice:

3-4 cups Cooked rice 🍚

Juice of 1 lime 🍋🟩

3-4 tbsp chopped cilantro 🌿

Salt, to taste 👅
