Apple and Onion Salad

Easy and your palette is going to be invigorated 😊

All you need is

2 apples and an onion, cut into match sticks

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sesame oil

Roasted sesame seeds

Cilantro

Optional - kaffir leaves)

Soak onions & apple matchsticks in water, vinegar & salt for 5 min. Drain & add other ingredients.
