Tom Yam Fried Rice

Day old rice

Sesame oil

Garlic

Tom yum paste

Chicken

Nurodymai

Fry chopped onions, carrots and garlic till kind of soft in a bit sesame oil and olive oil

Then add in Tom yum paste and fry till nice and adhered to the veg

Add chicken in if uncooked

Add salt

Fry on high till all parts are a bit brown and charred/grilled and chicken cooked

Add in rice and chicken if uncooked and fry for about a minute till all mixed

Top with coriander and spring onions and serve with slice of lime
