Chili-lime Shrimp & Mango Salad

For the Shrimp:
400 g (about 1 lb) large shrimp, peeled and deveined ๐ค
2 tablespoons olive oil ๐ซ
1 garlic clove, minced ๐ง
1 teaspoon chili powder ๐ถ๏ธ
1 teaspoon smoked paprika ๐ฅ
Juice and zest of 1 lime ๐
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste ๐ง
For the Salad:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced ๐ฅญ
1 small red bell pepper, diced ๐ถ๏ธ
1 small cucumber, sliced ๐ฅ
ยฝ small red onion, finely sliced ๐ง
2 cups mixed greens or baby spinach ๐ฅฌ
ยผ cup fresh cilantro leaves ๐ฟ
1 avocado, sliced ๐ฅ
For the Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil ๐ซ
Juice of 1 lime ๐
1 teaspoon honey ๐ฏ
ยฝ teaspoon chili flakes (optional) ๐ถ๏ธ
Salt and pepper, to taste ๐ง

Marinate the Shrimp:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, lime juice and zest, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss well to coat. Let marinate for 10โ15 minutes. ๐ค๐
Cook the Shrimp:
Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2โ3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove and set aside. ๐ฅ
Prepare the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, greens, cilantro, and avocado. Toss gently. ๐ฅญ๐ฅฌ
Make the Dressing:
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until emulsified. ๐ฏ๐
Assemble:
